Delivery locations

1. Door to Door: we will bring your item at your door steps.
2. Agent pick up: You can pick up your item from your preferred Shega agent location.

Delivery time

1. Standard delivery: you will receive your item at your preferred location within 24 hours after order is placed.
2. Same day delivery: you will receive your item at your preferred location within 2 hours after order is placed.

Tracking your Order

1. You can track your order in two ways: Clicking on the 'track your order' link given in your order confirmation email, or contacting our Customer Service Call Center at 8500.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, they do NOT include weekends or public holidays. Nevertheless, we do attempt delivery on Saturdays.
