When placing an order, you will have the option to select your delivery time and location:

 

Delivery method

Door to Door: We will bring your order to your door steps.

Pick up: You can pick up your order from your preferred Shega pick-up point.

 

Delivery time.

Standard delivery: We will attempt to deliver your order withing 24 hours using the delivery method of your choice.

Express Delivery: We will attempt to deliver your order withing 3 hours using the delivery method of your choice.

 

Shipping fees

Shipping will be charged at a flat fee of EBT 50

 

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship only in Addis Ababa. We will however be expanding to other regions in the coming days.

 

Please Note

You can choose not to accept an item on the spot (for example in the unlikely case that it was the wrong item). It is not possible to open products bearing a manufacturer’s seal and to return them on the spot.

For multiple items in an order, your items will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible but there will only be one shipping charge for the entire order.

However, please note that you may receive separate shipments if items ordered are of different fulfilment methods.

 

Business days are from Monday to Friday, they do NOT include weekends or public holidays. Nevertheless, we do attempt delivery on Saturdays.
